PC and Laptop Repairs

McBain IT offers professional on-site and off-site repairs on both Desktop and Laptop computers.

We will inspect your computer and advise you on an accurate FREE estimate of the McBain IT service charge plus any additional hardware or software required.

We will not charge more than the service charge estimate unless we have advised you beforehand on any unforeseen issues arising from the service. We will explain what is the problem, how we intend to resolve it, and available options if there is any further repairs required after detailed analysis. Any repair taking longer than 1 hour our technicians may request to take your computer back to our shop for repair. Most in-shop repairs are completed within 2-3 business days unless a part(s) needs to be ordered to complete the repair.

We will always keep you informed of any delays and how long it will take to professionally repair your computer.
